3. Services

HeritageCodes.com provides QR code design services (the "Services"). By ordering any Services from us, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that Service. Any additional services requested will incur additional fees. All fees are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon. We also reserve the right to enhance the quality of any photos/images based on our discretion this may include unblurring, remastering or colorizing if necessary. The original will still remain for historic value and feel. This is only for viewing purposes.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Site or the content. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HeritageCodes.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without prior written consent from HeritageCodes.com.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms, which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HeritageCodes.com makes no representations or warranties. All work done by any volunteers are on their own schedule and any costs incurred is not always reimbursed, but proof of work is still required. This may affect or exceed projected work deadlines, and we apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
